Metro Class Championship

The Saint Louis Chess Club will host "Metro Class Championship," a in-person over the board tournament on Saturday, 2/19.

Format:

• 3 Rounds

• 6 Sections: Master/Expert, A, B, C, D, U1200/UNR

• G/60 + 6 second increment

• Player must play in their own class

• Monthly or Annual Membership to the Chess Club and USCF is required

Registration & Entry:

• $20 Entry Fee if registered by 2/15, $30 after

• Free for GMs and IMs

• Registration by phone or in-person only. Must call club at (314) 361-2437 or visit during business hours (12-9) 

• Registration ends Friday 2/18 @ 7:00 PM

Rounds:

• 12:00, 2:45, 5:30

• One ½ point bye available in any round if declared before round 1

Prize Fund:  

• $800 Unconditionally Guaranteed!!

• Master/Expert Section: 1st: $200   |   2nd: $100

• Winner each Class: $100

Space is limited to the first 36 payers to register
