Show Me Classic

The Saint Louis Chess Club will host "Show Me Classic," a in-person over the board tournament on Saturday, May 28.

Format:

• 4SS, G/40;d5

• One section

• Limited to first 36 who register

Registration & Entry:

• $10 Entry Fee, $5 if annual member of the Saint Louis Chess Club

• Free for GMs and IMs

• Registration by phone or in-person only. Must call club at (314) 361-2437 or visit during business hours (12-9) 

• Registration ends at 7:00 pm on Friday, 5/27

Rounds:

• 12:00, 2:00, 4:00, 6:00

• One ½ point bye available in any round if declared before round 2

Prize Fund:  

• $500 UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED!!

  • 1st Place-$100, 2nd Place-$80

  • Top U1700

    • 1st - $70, 2nd - $60

  • Top U1500

    • 1st - $50, 2nd - $40

  • Top U1300

    • 1st - $30, 2nd - $25

  • Top U1100

    • 1st - $20, 2nd - $15

  • Biggest upset: $10
