The Saint Louis Chess Club will host "Saturday Night Special," a in-person over the board tournament on Saturday, July 23.

Format:

4SS, G/10 + 2 second increment
Quick ratings will be used for Pairing and Prize purposes
Monthly or Annual Membership to the Chess Club and USCF is required

$25 Entry Fee
Free for GMs and IMs
Registration by phone or in-person only. Must call club at (314) 361-2437 or visit during business hours (12-9)
Registration ends at 5:30 pm on Saturday, 7/23.

6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:45
One ½ point bye available in any round if declared before round 1

OUR MISSION It is the mission of the Saint Louis Chess Club, an educational organization, to maintain a formal program of instruction to teach the game of chess and to promote and support its educational program through community outreach and local and national partnerships to increase the awareness of the educational value of chess.

POLICY ON RELATIONSHIPS AND INTERACTIONS WITH MINORS

The integrity of Saint Louis Chess Club’s relationship with minor players is paramount to the Chess Club’s educational mission and success. All individuals employed by or working under the direction or authority of the Saint Louis Chess Club are expected and required to maintain appropriate boundaries and relationships with minors (individuals under the age of 18 years) and are strictly prohibited from engaging in sexual misconduct, hazing and harassment.
