SPRING FEVER 2026
This one day Scholastic Chess event will feature three sections for K through 12 students. It features a three round swiss open with two sections [K – 6 Open & K – 12 Open]. Beginners can play in our Introductory Quads to get experience with tournament play. This tournament will be rated by US Chess and provide all students with a national chess rating.

This is the last tournament in our 7-tournament Grand Prix. Students who participate in those tournaments are eligible for Grand Prix Awards and Prizes at the end of the season.

Join us for our second annual All-girls Tournament! Players will compete in a swiss-system tournament, with one section open to girls in grade K-12. Space is limited, so register soon. Don’t miss this opportunity to test your skills!

The 2026 American Cup, hosted by the Saint Louis Chess Club (STLCC) at its newly expanded and recently reopened facility, will return March 2–13, 2026, continuing its tradition as one of the most prestigious chess events in the United States. The tournament brings together the nation’s top players for an elite competition that highlights both established champions and emerging stars.
