Biography

Aram Hakobyan is an Armenian grandmaster and former u12 World Youth Champion. He is a four-time winner of the Armenian Youth Championship (U10, U12, U14, and U18) and was the vice-champion of the 2014 European Youth Chess Championship u14. Aram is currently a member of the Webster University chess team, helping them win the 2023 Collegiate Chess Final Four.
