Biography

 

Sergei Matsenko was born in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Sergey attained the International Master title at the age of 17 and the title of GM in 2018. He has two bachelor degrees in Law and Engineering from South Ural State University. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Texas Tech.
