Tournament Details

• Format: Flexible three-round event; players may choose which rounds to play, enter late, or leave early.
• Round times: Round 1 at 10:30 a.m.; Round 2 at 12:15 p.m.; Round 3 at 1:45 p.m. The event ends at 4:00 p.m.
• Registration: Online registration remains open through 4:00 p.m.
• Time control: G/45 with a three-second delay; US Chess dual-rated.
• Entry fee: Free.
• Prize: A bookstore book is awarded as the brilliancy prize.
• Membership: Membership in both the Saint Louis Chess Club and United States Chess Federation is required to participate. A Saint Louis Chess Club day pass may be purchased at the front desk on the day of the event.
• Byes: Bye requests must reach the tournament director at least 15 minutes before the following round.
