Sunday Rated Games is a free, flexible three-round US Chess dual-rated tournament held on selected Sundays at the Saint Louis Chess Club. Players may choose which rounds to play, enter late, or leave early.

Entry is free. Round 1 begins at 3:30PM; players may join later rounds. Online registration closes at 7:30PM on the day of the event. All times are Central.

Tournament Details

  • Format: Flexible three-round event; players may join selected rounds, enter late, or leave early.
  • Rounds: Round 1 at 3:30 p.m.; Round 2 at 4:45 p.m.; Round 3 at 6:00 p.m.
  • Event hours: 3:30–7:30 p.m.
  • Time control: G/26 with a five-second increment; US Chess dual-rated.
  • Entry fee: Free.
  • Membership: Membership in both the Saint Louis Chess Club and United States Chess Federation is required to participate. A Saint Louis Chess Club day pass may be purchased at the front desk on the day of the event.
  • Byes: Bye requests must reach the tournament director at least 15 minutes before the following round.
  • Location: Saint Louis Chess Club, 4663 Maryland Ave, St. Louis, MO 63108.
