Day 2 of the Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz saw some wild game play. Fabiano managed to keep the lead at the end of Round 6.

Following the 2018 Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz and before the Sinquefield Cup, the Grand Chess Tour players are drafted to play a six-game blitz team exhibition. A player executes five moves before letting the next in rotation "up to the plate."

OUR MISSION It is the mission of the Saint Louis Chess Club, an educational organization, to maintain a formal program of instruction to teach the game of chess and to promote and support its educational program through community outreach and local and national partnerships to increase the awareness of the educational value of chess.
