International Master Dorsa Derakhshani analyzes Emanuel Lasker's victory over Jose Raul Capablanca in their final game in the 1914 St. Petersburg dual-stage tournament. Eleven players started in a round robin, with the top five advancing to a double round robin. With the victory, Lasker won the event.

2021 Saint Louis Corporate Chess League: Virtual Spring #2

The Corporate Chess League continues its Spring league! Join Mike Kummer for the move-by-move. Mike Kummer plays for Maritz as well! How will Mike commentate and play at the same time? Not very well. At the end, Kummer will select the most outstanding game of the tournament. The winner of the most outstanding game will receive a special gift!

OUR MISSION It is the mission of the Saint Louis Chess Club, an educational organization, to maintain a formal program of instruction to teach the game of chess and to promote and support its educational program through community outreach and local and national partnerships to increase the awareness of the educational value of chess.
